即插即用型1SP0630门极驱动器是一种紧凑型单通道智能门极驱动器,适配130x140mm单通道IGBT大功率(IHM)模块,可用于轨道交通和其他长寿命应用。外形紧凑的SCALE-2门极驱动器与较小的IHM单通道IGBT模块的尺寸相匹配,可以提供1200A至1400A的输出电流和3300V的IGBT耐压。

这些门极驱动器符合IEC 61373的抗冲击和抗振性能标准以及IEC 60068-2-xx的环境要求,并且还符合EN50121-3-2和IEC6100-4-x的EMC标准。凭借标准的三防漆工艺,新的门极驱动器还可根据要求进行老化测试,以提高可靠性。连接器经改进后,提高了互连安全性,无需工具即可快速松脱。此外,还提供光纤接口。

所有1SP0630门极驱动器均采用Power Integrations的动态高级有源钳位功能,可在轨道交通和再生能源应用中实现IGBT在“关断”状态下维持较高直流母线电压的时间长达60秒。此外还提供短路保护、欠压锁定保护以及故障状态输出。

完整的解决方案由一个“主”驱动器(“V2M1”或“S2M1”)、一个或多个“从”驱动器(“D2S1”)和一个外部电源(ISO6125R-33)组成。电缆(RLC-IMS-61-050-0RLC-PSI-41-050-0)连接驱动器、电源和外部控制电路。
